We have purchased beds from this shop twice now and have been thrilled with the quality and price - to be able to get this quality local is fabulous for a small town. Their service is exceptional - delivery is quick and their employees are very courteous. Thank you for a great shopping experience.
I put a couch on layaway and when I finished paying for it, it was delivered to my home. Once I sat on it, I realized that it was VERY uncomfortable - almost like sitting on concrete. I asked the owner of the store to allow me to return it and get store credit so that I could purchase another couch. He refused and said there was nothing he could do. I am very dissapointed and will never shop there again. Do not shop here unless you like not having the option to return things. I plan to file a report with the Better Business Bureau.
"Barbara" seems to have nothing better to do in her spare time than to write negative reviews for all of the furniture stores in town. I noticed that she has spread her sunshine around several review sites. I would take her opinion with a big grain of salt. I have been to this furniture store and I know them to be honorable members of the community and to operate with fair and reasonable practices. You don't make it in business in a small town without honor and this company has been in town for a very long time.
