Served a grilled chicken sandwich that was completely raw, couldn't have been cooked for more than a minute on each side, they forgot my drink and I waited for another 20 minutes and left with nothing but a drink, they also didn't know how to refund my credit card. Don't go here
This is the third time in 2 months I have used the drive thru and had the worst service ever. First two times there was no one ahead of us and it was 17 plus minutes before our order was taken and another 25 before we got our food. Tonight one person in front waiting for food. I was told just a moment and 15 minutes later no one came back. I spoke up and was ignored. I gave up and got my kids McDonald's. I love A&W but this restaurant is horrible.
Good food, good service...but oh the stomach aches afterward.

Great place to get gas and lunch when driving north/south on I-5 ... food is always fresh & hot, root beer is served in a frosted mug!
